Hey hey… I’m Sharleanna but let’s be real… everyone just calls me Shar (because no one has time to say all those syllables while running a business).

I’m married to my best friend of almost 17 years… and we’ve got three amazing kiddos — Mae , Ains, and Wes. Life is full of dance classes, Cheer, and trying to remember if I actually drank my coffee before it got cold. Spoiler… I usually didn’t.

I’ve always been the go-to girl… the one you call when it’s all too much and you need someone to just handle it. I’m the helper… the doer… the “I got this” energy behind the scenes.

I got into the VA world because I’ve always loved business and marketing… I just never planned on being the face of the biz (joke’s on me though… look at me now). What I really love is being the person who makes things happen… the behind-the-scenes bestie who’s cheering you on and cleaning up the chaos.

I’m a total course junkie and have learned everything by surrounding myself with smart, driven business owners… listening deeply… strategizing… and then finding the right tools and people to get it done.
